This unique 2" X 5" lock out tag has a D-Ring at one end for locking out breakers,
switches, controls, etc.. The opposite has a sturdy spring hook for attaching to belt
loop or tool pouch when not in use. Also incorporates a clear pouch in the back
for accepting maintenance workers name or work order.
